Health & Safety:
If your student comes to school “under the influence” of a substance you will be called to retrieve them immediately for the purpose of medical evaluation. Further, all students caught vaping on campus will be required to complete an instructional program during after school detention. You will be responsible for transportation after detention as well.
Summer meals will be provided through August 7th (closed June 19th & July 3rd - 4th).
Academic & Events:
The annual Science Fair will take place during the day on the 28th in the gym.
On the 28th, a parent sports meeting for next year will take place at 5:30 pm. Following, the Spring Sports Banquet will be held at 6pm.
Please see attached Summer Registration forms and return them ASAP. Summer School for grades 2nd – 12thwill run June 11th through July 1st each morning, with Culture in the afternoon. June 19thwill be “remote only”, as it is a holiday.
Employment:
NSD is looking for a Music Coordinator, Office Aid and a full-time Nurse to fill positions opening for the 2025 – 26 School Year.
Sports:
Open Gym will start June 11th. Nespelem High School plans on participating in football, basketball, wrestling, track & Cross-country next fall. If you are interested in any coaching position or sports related position, please turn in an application to the Office.
Facilities & Transportation:
The new CTE Facility plans will be on display in the school lobby soon.
